Sensitive, brave, creative, embracing life as it is, trying to find beauty in every situation and enjoying even the smallest things. Kamy Salach's music combines delicacy and subtlety with energetic and powerful determination. As a vocalist, pianist, and composer, she blends jazz, film, and alternative pop in her musical world. She is involved in various music and theatrical projects. On January 27, 2023, she released her debut solo album, beginning her collaboration with the Kayax label.
In her musical world, she combines elements of jazz, film music, and alternative pop. The project, featuring a repertoire in both Polish and English, juxtaposes delicacy and subtlety with energetic, powerful Scandinavian vibes. In addition to the piano, double bass, and drums, modern synthesizer sounds are accompanied by bass guitar, electric guitar, and Nord drum or looper. The music is spacious, light, contemplative, yet dynamic and energetic, with melodic and easily accessible solutions. Kama Salach is a pianist, vocalist, composer, and actress. In 2019, she received an award for stage personality at the 1st Nationwide Competition named after Stanisław Jopek. She is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Poznań, specializing in jazz and popular music on the jazz piano track, as well as a 3-year musical theater program at Capitol in Wrocław. She has performed in prestigious venues such as the National Theatre and Polish Radio in Warsaw, Blue Note Jazz Club in Poznań, and the Capitol Theatre in Wrocław.
